Waist and Hip Pain After Jogging


Question :  has been consulting to some people, try to consult to you, 2-3 this past week waist and hips right and left likes a little pain, no pain but it’s like better get  a massage to be heal. I have went to the doctor and got an urine tests, all wit negative test results, the doctor give me epithelium (1-2) dan leukocytes (1-2), I urinate normally, except when i wake up in the morning, because the water was in use for the replace water in the body, beginning appeared at that time ane morning jogging exercise 30 minutes 2 days in a row, heating only briefly, jogging two days and i get Waist and hip pain , please give me other diagnosis for my case, thanks.

Answer:  waist and hip pain in people who rarely exercise can be due to muscle cramps. you try to hold the muscles sore area is palpable hard or fast compared to muscles that are not painful. your doctor do a urine because the pain is thought to originate from the referred pain due to urinary tract disorders (eg, infection or stone, but I agree lab results showed normal results.
Solution : if true because the back muscles tense then you can take medication muscle pain reliever plus (but unfortunately this drug is not sold freely, should be prescribed by a doctor) or you can do physiotherapy infra red on the back of the sick so that his muscles more relaxed.
