Got Premature Atrial Contractions After Relief From Ablation Wolff Parkinson White

Question :  I am 23 years old once cardiac ablation Wolff Parkinson White (WPW) heart since recovered some reason every so often there is (PAC), the heart suddenly stops, then pounding, the doctor said it was normal, doctor told me to cardio ECG, and the results is normal, several years later Premature atrial contractions appeared again, finally i run an echo test again. The results there are trivial mitral & insuficiency tricuspic, that’s normal he said.

Again, next year i have Premature atrial contractions again, fell heart attack every time there's Premature atrial contractions, doctor suggest for angiography, and the result of low blood flow  CHD, doctor said my heart vessels is still fine.

i’m scared every time Premature atrial contractions, feel pain from the chest to the left until the left back to the neck, difficult to breath, but the heart is not feel pain, I guess this just CMA panic attacks, but i’m still afraid of it.
for CMA:
1. aspirin cardio = everyday
2. Hydrocodone =  weekly ration of grain 0:25

Answer : I think the conclusion you are suffering from WPW syndrome in its early and later in ablation therapy and recovered. But now comes a new problem that is PAC (Premature Atrial Contraction). This cause is the heart's electrical activity that is not normally caused by increased adrenalin. It is in fact no effect on the heart, but the perceived effect on the subject .. eg heart seemed to stop, when in fact an extra heart beat. PAC will arise due to increased adrenaline aktifias gan. This is triggered by caffeine, nicotine, cold medicines and high burst of emotion (too excited or semangad for example). Actually this is not dangerous for those who can organize itself as it appears the attack. but I will understand your situation, certainly a very uncomfortable time of the attack appeared PAC.
