Stomach-Related Complaints, Cause by Bacteria or Gerd ?

Question: I have a complaint like this:
1. Tightness (hard / difficult breathing).
2. Burning in the chest, precisely in the gut (feeling like a burn).
3. Agency for easy limp and sleepy (yawn).
4. Nape of neck stiffness. Sometimes feel dizzy.
5. Burping.
6. Colds and coughs occasionally.
Actually that complaints increased by about 2 weeks. Previously when abdominal tenderness around 8 months but relapse and recovery, and so on. Yesterday to the doctor, given the drug nexium 2x1, gastran 3x1, 3x1 mutillium. Do I need endoscopy? Please explain to me this disease.
Answer: if you see a doctor trying to ask, is there any possibility of contact with the H-bacteria. Pylori and GERD, because of symptoms of numbers 2, 3 and 4 seem to lead to bacteria, whereas no. 1 and 5 seem to GERD. Problem endoscopy, if it suspicions to the bacteria may be done, but if it's GERD is usually sufficient to check ordinary doctor.
Motilium and nexium drug I've been drinking, but had no effect, still not healed. But after the new light endoscopy found no bacteria, then clearly the cause of illness and the doctor can give an appropriate drug. Hope it helps, and hopefully get well.

Question: My father is hard to told to quit smoking, even though my father had started coughing every night and early morning. I sometimes pity and also annoyed when he not comply when i told to quit smoking. I know to quit smoking, you must have a strong will. I was invited him to the lung doctor but my father did not want to go. I recall my father had been sick for six months. According to the doctor, my father exposed to TB disease. The question, whether TB can be cured completely? And if it is recovered, whether it can recur again?
Answer: Because you are asking about TBC, I will answer about tuberculosis. TB can be cured, provided with regular and routine medical treatment according to the specified time. But it may recur again or hit again as infected again. So when it has recovered in priority to maintain health to avoid being hit again. Cough And Itching In Throat But No Fever, Is This Allergy?

Question: I would like consultation. My cough was 3 months. Itching in the throat, but strangely, the itch came-up-gone-gone. Usually in the morning and afternoon. I also have a cough white mucus and tend to be liquid. I've tried to take cough medicine generally, but does not heal. No complaints of pain in the throat, that's usually a fever and sore pain when swallowing food, but this does not exist at all. What could this allergy? Because I certainly do every waking sneezing for 1 hour and then stopped himself. I really love to sing out loud. What might the effects of my illness to sing out loud? I am afraid that this kind a TB disease. Body condition did not feel sluggish and my neighbourhood no one got TB disease.  Please, your advice would be much appreciate. Thank you.
Answer: According to the complaint that you convey, in my opinion, it is your cough cough Allergy. This can be seen from your frequent sneezing. Allergies can arise due to the cold weather for example, or changes in the weather, the change from morning to afternoon or from afternoon to evening. If you suffer from allergies such as those mentioned above, then the sore throat that occurs can be more severe consequences.
Solution: You can take anti-allergy medication that can be drunk at the time of the intrusion appears (but anti-allergy medicines make you drowsy, so be careful especially if you're driving). There is also enough allergy medicine taken once a day only. If the disturbance does not appear, then you do not need to consume them. The medicine is used for the preparation of relapse when alone.
